Stacked Athletics is an active lifestyle apparel company established in Toledo, Ohio in 2016. Co-Founders, Chad Mauder and Ken Wittman, have over 30 years combined experience in the fitness/nutrition industry. Our passion for staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle has lead us to the development of this unique and exciting brand of clothing.
Here at Stacked, we are constantly striving for new designs and logos to showcase ones attitude and physique. Our company will be based on exclusive limited production items, but we will continue to carry our popular longtime favorites. We have developed this brand of clothing to be original an as unique as the person who wears it.
INVENTORY AND AVAILABILITY
All items are limited in quantity and may contain imperfections in the prints. Due to the hand-printed nature and effort that goes into every item in the line, our standing inventory is very small. Please understand that returns and exchanges may be a longer process than we would like due to our limited quantities and sell-outs.
Once items sell-out they may or may not be reprinted.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery takes 10–15 business days inside the States when selecting the basic $5.99 shipping method (USPS/FedEx). For customers who would like the FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping methods the order must be placed before 2pm EST to guarantee those delivery times. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so unfortunately the 2-Day and Overnight options are not available for those shipping to a P.O. Box, we're sorry!) FedEx 2-Day and Overnight both do not deliver on weekends.
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed till the next business day.
For international orders please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees!
STKD is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. STKD is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS or FedEx.
*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
QUALITY AND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on machine wash cold, the cooler water will preserve the color of the fabric and print the best.
All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print as well as possible it is suggested to wash the garment inside out ( with the printed side in ).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We realize that you make choices in the buying process and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns/exchanges are sometimes necessary and we will do our best to meet reasonable expectations when these situations arise. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please allow us to assist you with your order. We deal with returns on a per item basis. There are varying restocking and service fees. If you wish to make a return please contact us to discuss the matter first before sending back your items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
No returns or exchanges after 30 days.
All items "MUST" be returned in new, unworn condition. If an item has been worn or the tags have been removed, we will not accept the item for return.
We do not accept items to be exchanged that were already previously exchanged.
All sales are final outside the U.S
We do not offer wholesale, and are not interested in distributor accounts at this time.
